VISA REQUIREMENTS CHECK LIST FOR SINGAPORE
In order to process your Visa application, the following information and documents are required.
- Visa Application Form (Form 14A) duly completed and signed by the applicant. Go to www.ica.gov.sg to download form 14A (Visa Application Form) At least 06 months beyond the end of your proposed stay in Malaysia
- Recent passport size photographs of the applicant affixed on the Form 14A.
- Scanned Digital color photograph of following specifications
- Applicant's original passport is required to be sighted. A Photostat Copy of passport with the following pages (Particulars page, Residence permit page & blank page as proof for E visa both Level 1 and effective 15th Aug 2018 Level 2 customers.)
- Validity of the Passport & Residence Permit – at least 6 months from the date of entry in Singapore.
- Employer’s / Sponsor’s letter addressed to Singapore Embassy, including annual salary details.
- Documentary proof of travel arrangements.
- Visa Charges: QR 140 per applicant includes Singapore visa fee, transfer fee and processing charges

Important:
- Visa fee and processing charges are non-refundable once the application is submitted, even if the visa is rejected.
- Granting Visa is at the discretion of Singapore Immigration & Checkpoint Authority.
- Time taken to grant the visa will be three to five working days for level-1 countries, for level-2 countries five to seven working days.
- The E-Visa should be stapled / stuck to a free visa page on the passport, as the airline will require the same for verification before departure. (E-Visa specimen copy attached)
